How old does my child have to be to register for in-person summer camp?

• Our camps are for children ages 3 - 10 years old.

What time are drop off and dismissal?​

• Drop-off time is 8:30 am - 9:00 am and dismissal is from 4:00 pm - 4:15 pm.

 

Do I have to register by the week?

• We would highly recommend this so that your child can experience the session as the instructors have planned it.

Do you offer extended days?

• Yes, we offer extended care from 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm, at $30/day for each extended day.

 

Will I get a discount if I register siblings/more than 1 child?

• Yes, we offer a 7% sibling discount. Email us at info@brighterbeeacad.com to inquire.

 

Will my child be behind in class if they begin in the middle of the camp?

• No, our curriculum is organized so that any students registered to begin in the middle of summer will have a smooth transition. Each week students learn new material to build upon anything taught in the previous weeks. All courses are introductory.

 

Will lunch be provided?

• Yes, daily lunch bentos will be provided, as well as AM and PM snacks.

How many students will there be?

• We will have a maximum of 12 students per day for all summer camps.

 

How do I register for multiple days?

• Go to the registration page of the summer camp your wish to enroll in

• Click on the first date you wish to register for, then in the drop-down menu, click "Add More Time"

• Click on the second date

• Repeat the steps if you wish to register for more days.

CANCELLATION, REFUND & CLASS POLICIES

• ​Brighter Bee Academy does not offer refunds for missed Brighter Bee Summer Programs. No makeup classes will be offered for missed Brighter Bee Summer Programs, and days missed will not result in a credit or refund unless so directed by management. 

​

• A full refund will be guaranteed for any cancellation before June 1st, 2023. After June 1st, all cancellations will not be refunded, but could be transferred to a class in our 2023 September-December semester. 

​

• Brighter Bee Academy may, at its sole discretion, cancel a class or remove any Participant from a class. In such a situation, the Participant will not be allowed to continue enrolling in a class and Brighter Bee Academy will within 10 business days refund the original method of payment a pro-rated amount for all unused classes in the semester. The Participant will have no recourse other than this refund.
