Photos And Videos In The Class Or Activities
We capture moments of classes or activities which organized by Brighter Bee Academy, and store them in our protected database, which we use for things like helping you follow our updates and for the more detailed purposes listed below.
How Do We Use This Data

We use the information we have to deliver our Products, including to personalize features and content (including your registration and attendance of classes and events) and make suggestions for you (such as groups or events you may be interested in or new courses you may want to follow) on and off our Products.

We use the information we have to verify accounts and activity, combat harmful conduct, detect and prevent spam and other bad experiences, maintain the integrity of our Products, and promote safety and security on and off of Brighter Bee Academy Products. For example, we use data we have to investigate suspicious activity or violations of our terms or policies, or to detect when someone needs help.
Communicate with you
We use the information we have to send you marketing communications, communicate with you about our Products, and let you know about our policies and terms. We also use your information to respond to you when you contact us. We also use photos and videos about Products on our website, newsletters, and social media so that you can follow up the development of Brighter Bee Academy conveniently.
PHOTO RELEASE
Effective: January 1, 2020.
All parents or legal guardians of their minor children (the “Participant”) and on behalf of the Participants must agree to abide by the following photo release:
I hereby give permission for the Participant to participate in the enrichment programs and activities (the “Brighter Bee Programs”) provided by Brighter Bee Academy, a New Jersey after-school program (the “Brighter Bee Academy”). I understand that as participants in the Brighter Bee Programs, my child, his/her parents, caregivers, or anyone accompanying the Participant to Brighter Bee Academy or the Brighter Bee Programs (collectively, the “Guardians”) may be included in any photographs and/or recordings taken during the Brighter Bee Programs, including but not limited to at the Brighter Bee Academy. Without reservation or limitations, I hereby freely and irrevocably grant to the Brighter Bee Academy the absolute right and permission to copy, exhibit, copyright, use, take, distribute and/or publish my child’s, my or any other Guardian’s (as applicable) photographic likeness, name, voice, and/or image made in relation to his/her, my or such other Guardians (as applicable) participation in the Brighter Bee Programs in photographs, video and in and all other media, in which he/she, I or such other Guardian (as applicable) may be included in whole or in part, or in composite form in conjunction with his/her, my or any other Guardian’s (as applicable) name and other identifying information, or reproductions thereof in color or otherwise, made through any media for art, print, web, presentations, social media, advertising, promotion, film, telecast or any other lawful purpose whatsoever. It is understood that no compensation has been paid and that no fee or compensation shall be due to me for my giving permission for use of my child’s, my or any other Guardian’s (as applicable) photographic image, likeness, name, or voice.
SMS MARKETING

This includes, but is not limited to, sharing information with platform providers, phone companies, and other vendors who assist us in the delivery of mobile messages. WE DO NOT SELL, RENT, LOAN, TRADE, LEASE, OR OTHERWISE TRANSFER FOR PROFIT ANY PHONE NUMBERS OR CUSTOMER INFORMATION COLLECTED THROUGH THE PROGRAM TO ANY THIRD PARTY. Nonetheless, We reserve the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation or governmental request, to avoid liability, or to protect Our rights or property. When you complete forms online or otherwise provide Us information in connection with the Program, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and true information. You agree not to use a false or misleading name or a name that you are not authorized to use. If, in Our sole discretion, We believe that any such information is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, or you have opted into the Program for an ulterior purpose, We may refuse you access to the Program and pursue any appropriate legal remedies.
