Group Classes (Semester-Based Classes)
For all scheduled group classes that are not canceled by Brighter Bee Academy, no refunds will be issued if a student is unable to attend for any reason.
Each enrolled class includes up to two (2) make-up sessions per semester, subject to the following guidelines:
• Make-ups must be requested in advance and are subject to availability.
• Make-ups must be completed within the same semester and cannot be carried over.
• Make-up classes do not include after-school pick-up service; families must arrange their own transportation.
One-on-One (Private) Classes
For private one-on-one sessions, cancellation or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled class.
• Requests made less than 24 hours in advance will result in the full class fee being forfeited.
• No refunds will be provided for late cancellations.
• Late cancellations (under 24 hours) are not eligible for a make-up session.
Yes. If the current class is not a good fit and another class has space, we will help you switch. Please notify both the teacher and our office at info@brighterbeeacad.com.
Late Payment Policy
Brighter Bee Academy reserves the right to take necessary action in cases of late payment for tuition or other fees. Such actions may include, but are not limited to, temporarily removing the student from their class or program until the outstanding balance is fully paid.
Parents or guardians will be notified in advance before any action is taken.
